This festival is bringing together 4 community bands from Southwestern Pennsylvania.  Musicians from over 20 community bands in Southwestern Pennsylvania will come together to perform in the "Festival Band."  Come join us for a wonderful concert from these five outstanding groups.   There will be no admission charge, but donations to help defray costs will be gladly accepted at the door.
