2008 marks the 5th annual Three Rivers Community Band Festival.  A new and exciting concept which will allow a larger number of area musicians to participate in the festival will be featured: one of the 5 bands will be a Festival Band comprised of area Community Band Musicians.  The band will rehearse together for the first time on the morning of the festival with guest conductor Max Gonano, Director of Bands at California University of Pennsylvania. The band will then perform selected pieces during the afternoon concert.
