Applications Accepted from Community Bands who wish to perform

The East Winds Symphonic Band invites applications to perform as part of  future Three Rivers Community Band Festivals.  Begun in 2004, the Festival highlights the wonderful tradition of community concert bands in southwestern Pennsylvania.  It has been quite successful in its early years, with audiences of several hundred and exposure for the bands on WQED-FM.   Information on the festival and its history is available at:   http://www.ewsb.org/festival

We welcome applications from community bands, with one or two applicant bands to be selected to perform at each festival.  To apply, a band should submit an application form and an audio sample of the band.  Applications should be received 6 months prior to the festival for consideration.    Application materials should be mailed to:
