In Memoriam, Jay Stivanson

The East Winds Symphonic Band wishes to recognize with appreciation the life of Jay Stivanson, the first conductor of the band in 1981. We extend our sincere sympathy to his family and our heartfelt wish gratitude for his role in bringing musical opportunities to the lives of musicians in Western Pennsylvania.
